In renders it does look good.

Anyone interested in creating a park for this area in the middle?

There are 2 styles to choose from, one flat and the other sloped, you can use the rectangle below it to draw on then intersect into the slope.

I've done a lot of work on the city and can soon make renders. I can make more areas for development if any is interested
