The Riker Residence is a very nice design! I love the effort you've put in to the details! Only thing that bothers me is that there's no load-bearing structure. I think that if you're using transparent glass on your model, you should also model the structural elements - the core and the columns - otherwise it will lack a great deal of realism.

Great job nonetheless!

Thnaks Vellu! I'll add a core and other details to make it more realistic for my next projects to come.

Well, here is my newest design.

RichField Enterprises Center

I wanted the glass to be frosted.

New model, this is supposed to be a museum of some sorts. Not my best works, but I like it.

amen to Richfield, if the glass were simply more opaque you'll get that massive yet sleek feeling to it.

oviously second vellu on the lack of core or exoskeleton, But nice proportions!

don't care for the museum of "some sorts" ;-D

Hey guys, I'm proud to present you my newest project, The Berkhart!

The Berkhart is a mixed used highrise on the edge of Downtown Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. In the main part of the highrise, it is mainly residential, but on the edge of it, is office use. Since Harrisburg is so "Packed", I wanted to construct a highrise that is "spread out", I guess you could say.

Looking at front:

Looking at the back edge of the highrise:

nice! your best design yet! though mind you, dense urban cities tend not have 1 floor podiums.
