A nice project, long awaited. Should be a good shot in the arm for the west side. And the tower is 21 floors in total, counting the garage portion. It should be over 200 feet tall.

Nothing skyline altering but great infill.

Yeah, for sure. But that's typical Baltimore projects. Not many exciting, skyline-altering projects happen. But we do have about 3 to 5 potential tall skyline-altering towers coming down the pipeline.
