Just noticed they boarded up the main floor store-front windows on the King and John corner. Is this a sign of progress or a sign of stagnation? Any info as to what's going on down there? Something or nothing? Could be a prime location for something big if they "do it up" right.

No, they're just doing what they should have done a long time ago. They also boarded up the windows of the old Fran's restaurant and secured some old ways in. I doubt it has anything to do with any kind of potential deal.
