Concrete PSI Conversation Chart Needed

Does anyone know where I can get a nice chart and/or calculator for concrete PSI thickness strengths.

I use to have a real nice chart for doing that. But I lost it. I am looking for one that very simple.

I.e. if you have 12 inches of 3000 PSI concrete, you would need X amount of concrete at 4000 psi to equal that same amount of concrete, etc.

Thanks.
