Why does this thread header say the building is only 75 floors when this penthouse is supposed to be on the 89th and 90th floors?

Looks like they made it with their idea..This building has 75 floors but marketing move was to list it as 90 floors building..Just to sell it easier..That's why you will read everywhere about 90 story building..

That's the way it's done, it's been done that way for a while now. These buildings have higher ceilings than your average apartment building,
so they want to market them at their relative "heights".

I was worried this tower would ruin the Cityspire-Metropolitan-Carnagie cluster but now I feel it only adds to it

I love Cityspire, but Carnegie Tower is atrocious. Metropolitan tower is eh. Since Cityspire will still be visible from the East, West, and South, I'm totally cool with this.

i am a big fan of Cityspire but I also love Carnegie Tower...........from where ever that vantage point is, i am assuming ESB , One57 is going to block out the eastern tower on the GWB too which kinda sucks

This ones moving pretty quick, and that glass is looking better than ever. But what's with the big whole in the glass on that side? Is that where the vents are going?

Carnegie Hall Tower atrocious? I've always felt like it just needs space, a more open spot on the skyline.

That glass is looking really awesome. The waterfall effect will really make this stand out at street level.
