I believe it was the franchisee that closed the ARBY's stores. There are some stores still open in malls -- operated by a different franchisee

Was Mikey's leasing the building they are in now, or did they own it?

32nd ave as well has closed and been converted to Carl's Jr. Not sure what is happening to the 1 St location. Seem to recall someone on here saying there were different plans for that site.

The 1 St location will ultimately be demolished to make way for a 3-tower project (can't remember the developer).

Correct. That whole block is eventually being developed into a multi-tower project. New Urban was involved with the site... not sure who the developer is now.

You'll be disappointed to hear then, that Subway on 17th Ave has closed its doors.

As someone who has spent a lot of time (and money) at Leopold's downtown Regina location, I can't wait!
