What is the proposal for waterpark place 3?

I'd love to see the area around this strip of the gardiner filled up with highrises over the next few years... Cause right now it really sucks to have such a downtown-core waterfront filled with vacant parking lots.... for me, this are is one of the weakest parts of our downtown

If the area gets filled with some nice highrise condos, i hope they don't destroy the gardiner. it's going to be a one-of-a-kind experience seeing all those condos lining up with the freeway.

Waterpark III is a roughly 500,000 square foot, 24 storey office tower. The last design was quite conservative.... conservatively boring that is.

I think Capitol Residences can be removed from this list. It's pretty much done.

I don't get the louvers on the Georgia either. Seems like an awful waste to cover up those big panes of glass. On the other hand, it'll provide some textural variety, because the rest of the tower has the same curtainwall anyway. I really think copper would have been a better match for the context.

It's not a condo and has no name. It's community housing on the next block to the west of Parade.

Edited the list - Nautilus was spelt wrong

Yea, but then the copper would oxidize and turn black after a month. There wouldn't be much texture to be noticed.

Does anyone have information on the Grand Residences in Mississauga like where it's located and its construction progress. This is the only tower in the 11-30 thread that I don't know anything about.
