Great updates. Good to see the balcony glass on the latter going up...I do hope it looks better than what the photograph suggests.

probably because my cellphone is a piece of crap loner phone. Im construction updates, not photography.

It looks better without the glass balconies. They should have gone with metal railing like Aqua in Chicago.

I agree with you, I just meant it was good that their was balcony glass for it meant the tower was furthering itself on completion. Metal balconies would be lovely....but it's seldom used.

The glass on Aqua always irks me. I don't know why they chose reflective only for the sections without balconies.

Shopify says it will lease about 23,597 square metres of space at The Well complex, to be built at Front Street West and Spadina Avenue. Allied Properties REIT and RioCan REIT are behind the building, which Shopify will begin occupying in mid-2022
