They look ok there, but I am fairly certain these towers will be fully exposed to "the cheapening". unfortunately I'd expect these to turn out worse than their renders.

More than any other architect, I trust aA to execute their designs as closely as possible to the renderings. For that reason, I'm optimistic in this case.

University avenue is looking a whole lot more impressive now than 5 years ago, and will be even more so once 580 and 581 university are built.

Agree. Before the buildings were far too small for the width of the street. University is our grand avenue and it will be magnificent in 5-10 years from now. More residential is exactly what it needs too. All institutional doesn't make for a very interesting street. You need people... and not just between 9-5. Put another 3000-4000 permanent residents on that stretch and the rest will take care of itself.
