Excellent news.

Looks like we will have Regency, Christenson and Proura discussing residential development downtown.

20 Vic isn't, Randy is.

The Katz Group is unavailable and so we went with Randy as he has a good idea of what this project might do to the area as a catalyst project.

Last day and a half to buy tickets.

Great count thus far. Heres hoping it might translate into a bit more investment, funding and prioritization for the downtown core.

Would go, but I think a better use of my time would be spent on studying capital budgeting and bond refinancing. (That is, final that day.)

According to CTV News' story on Downtown X-posed, Mayor Mandel says get ready for a new project for downtown Edmonton that's so exciting that it will shock Edmonton!

See video clip "New development in the works for downtown" on CTV Edmonton website:

What you guys figure that would be?

Yup, and you can only imagine the full court press that Calgary would put on against any firm of note leaving that city, in whole or measurable part.

That, and Coldrsx is strangely silent.

For those that attended, we would love to have some feedback.

What did you like, what perhaps didnt work well if anything? What would you have liked to see? Format changes? More interaction?
