This one is flying a bit under the radar, since it's tucked in a back alley. As of today, excavation is still ongoing with large dump trucks stopping by regularly:

Is this really going to be 550'?? It doesn't look over 300' in the rendering.

The approved plan is 35 stories and 380 feet (Sources: 1, 2)

You should also fix the 706 Mission/Mexican Museum Tower to 510ft / 43 stories, down the proposals page a bit

Although your eye may initially be drawn to the stars (lead actor and actress) in the photo, an important supporting player is visible on the far right:
