there's a noticeable change in the floor to floor height in the last set up. Does anyone know if this means, such as this being the floor where one hotel chain stops and the other one begins?

Maybe W has higher ceilings to match the higher price point?
True. It looks to hit in just the spot we are at now. Maybe a gym/spa floor for the W or meeting rooms or some other function besides hotel rooms.
By my count on the rendering, it's the 32nd floor. So that will give us a point of reference in future construction photos for the number of floors completed/remaining from here to the top.
I get that a hotel or residential building has lower ceiling heights and can be concrete rather than steel, but is there any structural steel in there? What about a core - do they pour the same type of core that steel buildings like CTC have? Curious because if so it's not towering above the rest of the structure, but I guess that could be because they can pour the whole thing as they go rather than the steel having to play catch up.
