Alrighty, so I made an attempt at the shorter tower myself. Never tried this before so...

I can't seem to get it to resize to exactly 166m (it is getting down to 165m just fine... probably because I used a 1:3 scale...

EDIT: NM

I have to say... that took me nearly 3 hours. I can probably do the tower as well, since it should require all that much additional work. It is very closely based off of the proportions found in the development permit, so while not being a complex diagram that shows all the angles, it is technically accurate and gets the job done. I would be more than happy if one of our more talented illustrators improved on this.
