Nice, clean design and perfect scale for that part of K-Town.

Gosh! I had forgotten about this one. Thanks Blackcat23 for the reminder.

I'd love to see this one duplicated on every brown field and stripmall in the Ktown area....perhaps beyond. With design variations of course.

Only Mods/Admins are able to do it, I believe.

12/2015:

3033 Wilshire Residential Tower Reaches Vertical Completion

Quote:
Steinberg Architects, UDR, Swinerton Builders, and hundreds of construction workers celebrated the topping-out of the UDR-owned and developed 3033 Wilshire Apartments project today. Located at the corner of Virgil and Wilshire in Koreatown, the 18-story apartment tower—with four levels of above-grade parking— will provide a much-needed 190 residential units to the area. This ceremony represents a critical milestone for this project, which has already served the local community with the creation of more than 574 construction jobs throughout the term of the project.

One of my favorites currently on Wilshire. Can't believe they've topped out so quickly either. They only had 1 podium level above ground 8 months ago.

After I posted it I realized that's not so far fetched. Just unexpected because there weren't many picture updates since it was basically at ground level.
