New update on master post. 1100 16th Street is coming along well. Four Seasons & Residence is poring concrete. Spire seems as though it will resume construction with in a month. Two Tabor developer is ordering steel for the project. One Lincoln Park is being topped out as we speak. Things are looking good!

3. The official height of the building is 640 feet 10 inches:

Here's the latest photo update of the Four Seasons. Cranes are being erected:

Looks like a port-o-potty up there. I guess they don't want to big guys tempted to tinkle off the side? lol... Because that might be cool

I cannot believe how much Denver has changed in so little time.
They finally decided to start building again AFTER I left. Now I get to watch it all happen on the internet.

Ha, it's funny that you guys should post that old skyline pic.

I thought I'd post this here. I thought maybe some of you might like it. I went to an annual event in Austin called the citywide garage sale. Basically people have all kinds of stuff. Glassware, furniture, vintage stuff. Well, I collect postcards and spotted a table with 6 shoe boxes full of them. So I went through and picked out a few postcards that I liked. I found these of Denver.

I think the first one is from sometime after 1952 since you can see the 1700 Broadway (Mile High Center).

Copyright: O. Roach and Morton News Company

And this one I think is from the very late 60s/early 70s. You can see 1600 Glenarm Place there.

Copyright: Patterson Distribution Company and Mrro Kromel and HS Crocker Company

But seriously, back to projects! Steel will be ordered in MARCH for Tabor 2. I sincerely hope we get a start 'month' or time-period after that.

Denver deserves to be the "New York of the Rockies".

I think maybe Denver is more of a cross between Zurich and New York. Yeah, mix those two and stick it in North America and you have Denver.
