The two streets pictured, Temperance and University, aren't exactly super busy pedestrian hubs either. Plenty of people still out and about at Yonge / Dundas.

It's close but not quite - T Park's floorplates are a few hundred square feet bigger.

Have there been any concerns or issues about snow collecting on the top portions of the curve on L Tower? It looks like it could be an issue.
