Looks good in this render - it's a different design though. Notice how the lower half pops out to the west in this one, east in the renders released yesterday.

I love the entire "Arena District" proposal for Edmonton!! Most would say the buildings are bland or boring.... I would call them conservative very clean preliminary designs!

Philly's is more symetrical when looking towards the middle. But this tower is interesting!

The height is good, and will change the skyline look dramatically. The building itself is so-so, but not terrible. 6/10.

I think this one just shows the step between office and residential on the opposite side as the others, the rest looks the same though.

The Edmonton Journal had an article a while back stating that there was a debate wether they were going to make a public observation deck on the 62 floor. Is that debate ongoing?
I personally would love to see this come to fruition!

Edmonton is on a roll ! The skyline of the city will look completely different in 5 years, it's insane. Keep up the good work !
