i think its due to:
1) Urbandreamer's view is very far away from downtown so when you zoom in, it gets more blurry.
2) He photoshopped it to make it seem more interesting

Uptown is a BEAST! (especially with all the setbacks!)

Wow... these towers are sick. The construction here is mindnumbing. So many cranes, I cant even keep track, I dont even bother anymore. Passing through North York yesterday, I noticed the sites of the mega projects there had all been fenced off, and Gibson Square is getting ready for sales....

If you look closely in that photo above, you can see the Four Seasons rising in the background.

Gibson Square has been in sales for a while. The first tower is largely sold.

The market is showing signs of slowing down again. The upcoming round of groundbreakings could be the last big one for a while. Or, maybe a price adjustment is all that is needed to keep it going.

I haven't head much from Emerald Park (also in NYCC)... The only tall tower proposed in NYCC that i can see a groundbreaking soon is Hullmark Centre...

The rest are kinda quiet...
