Huh. I've searched for information and I've found enough to know that this isn't some journalist error and that the building is real, but there's a serious lack of information out there on it. I've got some Linkedin accounts of architects who say they've worked on it, and a commercial real estate report that says it won't be finished until 2013 along with Viger Tower (Altoria) which it mentions in the same breath. I can't find any renders, or a website, or any publicity. Pretty odd. Any chance they mean Tour Windsor? I wouldn't have considered it to be in Griffintown, but it's certainly nearby.

En effet, il s'agit de la partie bureau de la phase un de district Griffin.

Affirmatif monsieur! Ca peut être potentiellement jusqu'à 140m! Si c'est vraiment 38 étages par contre on va aller en bas du 120m, ce que j'espère qui ne va pas arriver.

The taller tower looks considerably taller than the shorter one. It looks like more than a 6 floor difference to me.

That render seems to depict the upper floors of the taller tower as having higher ceilings than the lower floors. Not sure if it was just poor detailing in the render or an actual design quirk.

Malade! Finalement c'était bien deux tours. L'affiche sur le bureau de vente le laissait penser mais ce n'était pas très clair.
Le design semble assez intéressant. Ça fera une belle addition pour ce coin.
