Should have mentioned only the windows are being replaced at the discretion of the property maintenance management. The black wall cladding (dont know the material) will thankfully remain.

The Entertainment District is starting to build in some nice density. Needs those Mirvish Gerhy Buildings to make a real impact though.

I can't put my finger on it. I just hate the glass. It reminds me of the Purolator Building in Mississauga for some reason, cause it's all bent and stuff, not a flat reflective surface. Every panel is warped near the edges.

Not any more. Montreal has finally broken into the Top 30 U/C with Tour Avenue des Canadiens and Le Roccabella, kicking Pace and the Residences at the RCMI off the list.

Anyway, here's some recent pics of Theatre Park by MafaldaBoy at Urban Toronto:










It's hard to imagine that something on such a small lot will be so tall. With this and Residences at the RCMI, we're really cramming them in there.
