I'm not entirely sure... and since it's a Dorm Hall that is a tricky question... I'm going to go out on a limb and say the top floors probably will be more expensive... but again, I'm not positive.

I can see this building from the Tacony Bridge. It looks alot taller then it really is! Great addition..

That's the new Temple Highrise lol... which is why I posted it in this thread. This photo is taken from a cluster of highrises at Temple Hospital, roughly 2 miles north of where this building is being constructed.
