I like it in terms of design....but holy shit, the units have some backwards ass interior design. Cladding is pretty leh

I'm only talking about what I see outside--the building's construction quality is appalling. I've got many more photos to illustrate what I mean.

Queen and Bathurst isn't off the beaten track: it's the start of Canada's best shopping street.

Origami Lofts/202 Bathurst isn't great design: great designers know how to turn a challenging design into a quality cost-efficient building. I believe the design architect is no longer with Teeple. Interesting concept but terrible execution means the city lost not gained in the process.

Erin Mills (*Shudders*)

Was in the Erin Mills area today.....noticed it's actually a bit more saturated with midrise/townhouse housing than I had previously thought. Here are a few projects goin up in that uh........neighbourhood/district.
Daniels Erin Mills (Final Phase, 22 floors)

Pemberton's Downtown Erin Mills (More towers in the park, 18 floors of horrid spandrel)

Some seniors Residence (8 floors), render looks straight up like a post modern copy of a brick building

I calculated an approx. height of ~138 m. for TOM. Is that about right ? The stats say 122 m... but that Telus tower on the left is supposed to be 135 m. Anyway, I was just wondering.

138 sounds about right. A pleasant surprise considering we all thought it'd be in the 120 range.

Sinon, the concept of this wooden tower is cool, but the design is... :-S I really don't get the red boxes. The townhouses however... pretty good !
