Construction At One Paraiso Will Begin Soon As Over 85% Of The Building Is In Contract

One Paraiso, the third of four towers planned as part of the four-tower Paraiso Bay complex, is now 85% sold.

The developers will celebrate what they are calling the ‘fastest conversion to date’ of reservations to contracts at a party for brokers tomorrow. Commission checks will be distributed at the event.

One Paraiso opened reservations in April. Related Group, along with Alta Developers and Strategic Properties are the developers.

Construction is already underway for the first tower at Paraiso Bay, and construction at One Paraiso will begin soon.

Related Group To Break Ground Next Week On 53-Story One Paraiso

The 53-story building will include 276 units. As of last month, over 85% of units had been sold at prices that ranged between $600 and $700.

One Paraiso is part of the four-tower Paraiso Bay complex which is already under construction. The FAA recently granted approval for One Paraiso to be built at 546 feet above ground level.

Arquitectonica is the architect. Interiors are being designed by Piero Lissoni, wile Enzo Enea is handling landscape design.

Related Group To Launch Sales For Gran Paraiso Next Month, With Interior Design By Piero Lissoni

Pricing Revealed For 317-Unit GranParaiso, Where Reservations Are About To begin

The most inexpensive condo in the 317-unit building will start at $700,000. For that price, you’ll get a 1,055 square foot unit with one bedrooom and a den, along with 1.5 bathrooms.

A twin Paraiso Bay tower is already under construction after launching sales 20 months ago. In that tower, unit prices averaged $550 per square foot. GranParaiso will feature additional luxury features compared to the first tower, including interior design by Pierro Lissoni (construction costs have also risen.)

GranParaiso is one of four towers at the Paraiso Bay complex, which also includes One Paraiso and Paraiso Bayviews. Nearly all of the units at the first Paraiso Bay and One Paraiso Bay are sold out, with most units at Paraiso Bayviews also reserved.

Reservations, which require a 10% deposit, will begin this month. The project is expected to go to contract in August (at which time a second deposit will be due), with delivery in mid-2017.
