I'm really liking this one. I know it's more glass, but I think it'll have a good texture. And those setbacks are attractive.

The house next door was up for review by the architectural review committee but the meeting was cancelled (no reason stated as to why).

It took almost two and a half years - about a year longer than normal - but the site plan for this was finally approved.

Does that mean it could potentially break ground in 2024, or are we still a long way from that happening due to financing/interest rates etc etc?

My guess is that we are still a long ways away from seeing this start due to financing. The fact that it took an extra year to get approved indicates to me that there is no hurry to get this built.
