I would like to focus on condo. Many constructive companies say about the real problems with condos in Toronto. As one of my previous articles mentioned, hundreds of condominium projects have been launched in Toronto over the last couple of years and every one of them undoubtedly contributes to the spirit of our city. My question is how should we deal with the rising number of condos being built?

What do you mean how should we deal with the number of highrises being built? Is that a problem? Or is it just having the requsuite support infrastructure to support the added population?

Photo update from over the holidays on HG3

Private patio of a townhouse, with fireplace

Close-up shot of the polished stone

The silver trim on the exposed columns, entrance canopies, balcony edges, etc is really unfortunate. A dark metal would have gone much better with the stone.
