That image doesn't appear to be loading properly.

Anyway, how cold does it get in Edmonton?

It can get quite cold, we are in northern Canada after all, but also have nice summers and generally winter temperatures are great for skiing, skating, and the like.

Yes and no... not to anywhere near the extent, but we do have a pedway system with above, at, and below grade connections.

Hi Coldrsx,
I got error while checking your edmonton link. Kindly check the link and if possible upload some picture of edmonton.
I want to know what are the disadvantages of living in cities where the temperature exceeds up to -46 Celsius!!

-46 would have to be the coldest day ever recorded in Edmonton.
It can get uncomfortable outside when the temperature dips below -20 but you can bear it if you dress properly. Ice will form on your beard and eyelashes, in extremely cold weather -30 or greater your icy eyelashes will try to freeze you eyes shut if you blink. Probably the most uncomfortable effect you will notice is a runny nose, and pain in your fingertips, ears, and toes if they aren't sufficiently covered.

That looks stunning! I wish we had views like that in the UK. The winter scene looks beautiful.

Winter is indeed beautiful, -46 not so much.

That first pano is awesome! The city looks like a mini-Toronto from that angle.
