United Office Bldg. Niagara Falls NY (1929)

I found these two early photos (Niagara Falls library) with the sign on top. Anyone else have any more early pics (other than postcards) of the bldg with the sign intact.

A beauty...still catches the eye from NF Ont. Shame about the unbelievable decrepitude of NF NY.

While Niagara is hardly a boomtown, this building is a very nice luxury hotel. Probably as nice a property as any in the immediate area (on either side of the river).

I stayed here not too long ago. The rooms are open loft-style, and they had great fresh baked cookies and Egyptian Cotton sheets.

I'm pretty sure the building also has some residential floors.

^yes, I was not referring to this building but the decrepitude of NF NY generally. NF Ont has an unbelieveable shitty neighborhood (the former downtown).
