you'd seriously rather have the ICON or the parliament over those condos in cityplace?

I guess to each their own but at least those Cityplace condos have a pretty good color scheme (unlike the blinding white and boring brown of ICON, for example) and have a nice certain wall to it and no faux historic podiums. You can't seriously tell me that if something akin to that was proposed in Edmonton today, you wouldn't at least be somewhat happy with the design for Edmonton.

And yet you think Quest is a step in the right direction, but you wouldn't accept these Cityplace condos?

yup, but like i mentioned in a previous post, got to look at them up close one day, and at least the front of them look great, to me anyway, but not so great at the back. but i keep teasing everyone about how GREAT the Icons look, and a surprising amount of people seem to believe me!
