Finally she will start to rise. She may not stay in the top 10 for long though.

Just looking at the list it's funny how when these forums popped up the list would have had only a few 500 footers on it and we would have been excited for that.

Shoring rigs at "The One" (320 meters) may hit the ground before 45 Bay (254 meters)...

What other towers can disrupt this list?

The One? Long ways off if it even breaks ground. One Bloor will be done. Possibly Harbour Plaza too.

45 Bay should get going soon. It may get capped a couple years after but, the 2% vacancy rate is in its favour.

Well it won't get capped until the bus terminal is done, by which time they should have the thing at least 40 to 50% leased. Lots of space coming on the market with BA2 coming online shortly..

Yeah I couldn't have cared less about Brookfield before that glass went up but now it has certainly caught my attention. It is going to be a stunner.

It's almost a blessing that the renderings of Brookfield Place lacked detail. We were told by people in the know all along that no expense would be spared and that it would be gorgeous. Seeing it in action is something else entirely though

With that in mind, I absolutely can't wait to see the lighting feature in the crown. It's rumoured to be stunning but no renders of it have ever been released.

Kind of surprising we don't see that kind of thing more often. It's a nice contrast to the sharp edges that have dominated highrise architecture for the last 25 years or so.

(Although now that I think about it, I guess The Bow set a pretty strong precedent of curviness a few years ago...)

I've heard Eau de Soleil is getting as many as 3 extra floors on the larger tower - that would take it up to 227.5m now

The height of Eau du Soleil is already 228.2m...

Are you saying still yet another 3 floors on top of that? Will it be close to 240m now?

Going from 63 to 66.

The height in the diagram section was incorrect.

Edit: I didn't notice it increased from 63 to 66 back in July.

Just confirirming new height of 227.5.
