SAN ANTONIO | The Saint Hotel | 7 FLOORS | 74 FT | Proposed

Here's a project I haven't seen on this Forum yet. I work about two blocks from the site. They demolished the existing building a couple months ago and I saw a "coming soon" sign go up earlier this week.

Nice find. I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's a Simon Templar property.

Edit: Nevermind just realized that was the exchange building lol. Weird angle. But this will be a good addition to that area for sure. hopefully between that and the Hedrick building redevelopment, it'll stir some more activity up over there.
