Thanks for the update. The building is plain and homogeneous, but OK because of its height.

It's also a huge development!

Pretty sure these guys are looking at the parking lots to the east for some future projects.

If coming into the city via the Gardiner from the west, this is the most prominent building due to location. Can't wait for it to complete.

These box towers each have positive features when looked at individually but more variety is needed. I think a few circular towers would fit in. Something with the same wavy feel of this.

Nice height and unoffensive design. With the highway(s?) running through there, what is the accessibility like between these towers and the rest of the city?

Well it's topped out now. Not much more to go till this development is all wrapped up, and they move across the street, to the next parking lot.

If that first shot was in an art exhibit, it would be titled: "Sailing the Seas of Sameness."

I think this tower looks great on it's own. It's pretty high quality finishes, the vertical mullions at the corner help it soar into the sky, and offset the horizontal orientation of the wraparound balconies. But sitting within this sea of blue-green glass towers with light gray metal panels, it just gets lost. I really hope some developer and architect shake this area up with a signature tower that breaks the mold. Even something as simple as the X Condo would suffice.
