Will be nice to have some mid rise height on Locke Street. There isn't much around it that's taller than three stories so it's going to stick out quite a bit, but in a good way.

Happy to Announce that 101 Locke has won the prestigious OHBA' s(Ontario Home Builders Association) Project of the year (Low to Mid Rise). The project beat out notable projects from Downtown Toronto and everywhere else in Ontario. Happy to have Hamilton projects finally get recognition on the Provincial and Federal Level like this.

Fully Sold out as of three weeks ago. Excavation is ongoing. Weather has been on our side recently, so expect the rest of the construction activities to move along quickly.

They're working on floor 3 right now, look like they're gearing up to pour floor 4 slab within the next week or so. Went by this evening.

I love the look of the brux house - black on clay brick is a great colour contrast.

They are definitely not rushing this one! I'm looking forward to seeing what it looks like finished

This building isn't that big but feels huge on Locke, we need more buildings like this on the outskirts of downtown in every direction.

Have they poured the top floor or just framed it? Usual tradition is to fly a Canadian flag from the top of the crane when they top off a building.

First few bits of window wall are up. Looks like black frames and grey spandrel panels with really clear glass. Looks good. Precast panels also on site. They are more grey than I anticipated.
