Really amazing, and that was five weeks ago. This will be a special place once the park, T-line, and ferry terminal are complete and games are going in full swing.

Beautiful

The “scallop” proposal on the pier was great but this is turning out pleasantly surprising (glad they got rid of the original toilet design)

Warriors trying to squeeze in a hotel/condo building on the NE corner of the site. 142 rooms topped by 25 condos.

I like the interior look of the building from renderings but I think the exterior looks ugly. The only good thing for the exterior is there will be a big space for people to enjoy before and after games with a big screen outside.

That’s what the Kings did. A new luxe hotel and condo tower downtown on the arena site with lots of adult playground activities. It’s very popular

Not only the screen and big space, but also more restaurants for people to enjoy. Even new office space + will create a more foot traffic in the area that's usually, in my opinion, empty.

I honestly think the exterior looks fine. Not as good as Golden 1 Center in my opinion though

I wish the Sawyer Hotel was taller though. The location of their pool is top notch

Most games will be after dark and the external appearance will apparently depend a lot on lighting. I assume those little slit windows will be lit as well as what's shown with blue and green lighting above.

As always, I'd wait until it's finished to make judgements.
