I'm wondering about that too.

The Arc is technically a big slab tower, as is Concord's Hinge project in SEFC
- so fingered crossed for something creative (?)

Given the /sf prices in Surrey I would imagine paying for anything too creative will be difficult.

I would expect a large floorplate here.

Would a single slab tower be overall cheaper than 2 individual towers? Instead of 6 elevators for example you'd only need 4 or 5. less vertical pipes, only 1 lobby instead of 2, etc. etc.

Guess we'll find out with the renders.

Maybe they are planning to go for something really nice here. If you look at Surreys height restrictions king george area it one of the peak areas. This tower is the last lot they own in the area. It would make sense to actually make something stand out in the area to make people want to buy into your tower instead of something plain and boring.

This is being built by Concord. And it's in Surrey. Don't get your hopes up.
