I recall a lot of people here not being all that thrilled with this tower. I think it turned out to be a true gem and from certain angles it looks much better than the grossly out of proportion Bow Tower as far as I'm concerned.

I generally don’t follow this thread, but noticed it near the top of my feed, so thought I would chime in. Was this project intended as one or two towers? It appears in the above photos (awesome photos btw! Thanks for posting!) just one tower. If so, is it because of the downtown tower vacancy/tax situation? Are there major office tenants and retail tenants already signed on/moved in?

Two towers but economics axed one for now. BMO was to have a twin as well but that was a few decades ago.

Sucks that the second BMO tower was never built during the last boom. A 64 story tower in that location would have looked great.
