It depends on the lighting and angles They don't look as good when the spandrel panels stand out.

The view of spandrals on these two are almost non existent so that factor doesn't come into play with how great this development has turned out so far in my opinion.

Stantec is looking great as well, this is going to be as big a game changer to your skyline as FCP was in Toronto or Place Ville Marie in Montreal.

I noticed last night from my roof terrace that they were testing lights for the top level of Harbour Plaza - cycled through red, blue and purple.

I was downtown yesterday, and didn't get to check progress at the University Tower. The transfer floor(s) are probably gonna take forever. Over at the Britt, looks like the transfer floor(s) have been under construction for over a year.

A collection of 69, 56, 43, 32 and 29 storey towers added or soon to be to our skyline, wow!

As much as I like all the new towers in the area around the Gardner, those images illustrate the area sure could use a little stone or colour other than blue glass.

Amazing new neighborhood though......and yes, I am jealous.

It definitely can feel a bit oppressive when it's grey and miserable out. So, most of this winter / spring so far.

It's a pretty awesome sight... very Asian megacity-like. Hard to believe how far that area has come in the last 20 years.
