The top of Shangri-la no 56K

As promised, here is a set of pics from the top of Shangri-la. Due to heavy winds this morning I was unable to go to the top level, so this are taken from the 2nd highest floor, I've left them uncompressed for now. Everyone is free to edit them and repost them as they see fit. Enjoy.

Thanks a ton jlousa, those are great. Must have been pretty awesome to have the opportunity to be up there. The West End looks great from there...

It's not only the views you're paying for, it's also the location, the finishings, the prestige. While it's out of my range, I'd say if I was worth over $25 Million I'd have no hesistation paying $17M for the Shangri-la penthouse.

$17 million doesn't sound bad to secure what will be the highest point in the city for some time to come, and have it all to yourself.

huh, never realized that the concrete floors were so rough and messy, i thought they would be smooth as glass. Do they scrap all the crud of afterwards and sand the concrete before putting flooring materials on top?

Wow! Incredible how insignificant the Shaw Tower and Wall Centre seem from up there!

Awesome pics, Jlousa. I still can't believe you took pictures "looking down over the edge." Even if you just hung an arm out to take the picture. Yikes...

Glad everyone has enjoyed the pictures, I will take some from the top of Woodwards and Fairmont PacRim late next year for a differnent perpective. I was pleasantly surprised by the view West, I was expecting the view to the North to be the better view but it isn't. The view West isn't done justice by the pics.
