If the cranes on top got damaged by the fire it might be a long time before construction restarts. I was in Vegas when the Stratosphere Tower burst into flames when it was half built, and it took over a year before they got a new crane up there. Pretty amazing sight though, watching a tower burn.

Haha, yea I know. I meant in 2018 when they host the winter Olympics. I believe its in PyeongChang which is near Seoul somewhat. I was saying that I wouldn't be surprised if they used this tower to launch fireworks in celebration of it when it occurs in 2018. Mabye a fireworks display like Dubai did on the Burj Khalifa.

^Yup. That means the top of the core is somewhere around the 64/65th floor.
