Is the South West corner of Planet Hollywood (county land I believe) being used as one of CC's staging centers or is there some sort of project planned that I didn't know about?

Isn't that where Harmon road will be re-aligned to?

What a gorgeous shot. There's so many design elements in one space its amazing. Nice to see everything coming together. Even all the work areas look less haphazard then they used to.

In the quarterly conference call a couple days ago, Boyd Gaming CEO Keith Smith said they are redesigning Echelon.

Oh my. I take it they will make it smaller or break it down into more modular phases of construction.

The Echelon website is back up, but it still has the same renderings. Hopefully in the future they will update it, if they do decide to move on with the project.

"With regard to Echelon, Smith said the company continues to review its options for this site. Part of that review includes investigating alternative design approaches for the project, reiterated Smith. The options being considered include developing the project in phases, alternative capital structures, scope modifications, and additional strategic partnerships"

I still feel they should dump the Echelon name and go back to Stardust for the main resort casino name.

The Crystals website

Came across the Crystals website today. Includes interior renderings (some we have seen before), construction shots and a short interesting video.
