Likely the towers are placeholders, for now, but there appears to be 2 towers envisioned for the small lot.
Wow, showing two towers side by side seems impossible give the site size.

I wonder if they will/have purchased the older apartment building right beside?

Already used. I live in P.A. East. The 2 P.A. towers are referred to as east and west. If they're putting 2 buildings on that lot, you'll be able to shake hands with your neighbour.
Be nice to get back to talking about Park Boulevard but there is absolutely nothing happening there.:

Perhaps it's a single large floorplate tower?

The application is for 2 towers on the site (as posted before). Site does not include the neighbouring property at 100 & 138.

Rezoning from CD to CD and a Development Permit in order to allow for two (2) residential towers (41-storeys and 32- storeys) - But the recent notice sent out has different heights - 36 + 39 Storeys.

https://apps.surrey.ca/Online-Develo...ar=17&seq=0363

Plan below (top right corner) shows an oval tower and a slab tower fitting on the site - with the oval tower angled. This was an old proposal but could be same design - just changed heights. Seems like this design would only work well if one tower was shorter though - not both similar in height.

Or to stick with the royal theme, there's always The Reagent. I like that one, too.
King George VI. His wife's name was Elizabeth - same as their daughter's name, Queen Elizabeth II.

I like that idea, then. QE I and QE II for the two towers

I plan to attend their event and get a gift there :-)

From the drawing, it seems the two new buildings are closer to each other than PA East and West. I hope the windows of two buildings don't touch each other. I plan to get the southern or northern facing pre-sale unit which should have better view.

You have a unit at Park Avenue as well? Did you catch that guy who was flying the drone?

I don't see the drone any more. Actually I don't have time to wait at the window every evening

Today, I visited Concord office at Richmond. Sorry I forgot to take a photo of the model there but it is not oval shape. I got the incentive certificate (1 year strata fee) and headed out because there were too many people there. This link is the flyer I got about the two new buildings. Still no name yet but it is soon. I can see that the two buildings are closer to each other than other existing buildings but they are not face to face like PA east and PA west.

Looks like they'll have tonnes of amenities and target the same investors that PA:E&W did.

Sort of disappointed they went with a 39 and 35 storey proposal compared to the original oval proposal. That whole area needed some height to break the table top of towers that even The Hub continues on the other side of the tracks...

Finally! Some activity. Not much, but I saw a pickup truck on the property today and there is now a large boxlike piece of equipment, possibly a compressor or generator.

So...It wasn't an excavator. They used it to break up the concrete foundation of one of the old buildings, then took it away.
