Also, are they tearing down one of Binbrook's 4 historic houses for the parking?

While visiting my mum yesterday I noticed some action on this development with fencing around the perimeter and the demolition of the house.

Damn... they didn't include that turret.

But those arches.

One the positive side, at least it doesn't have a clock on the corner.
