That Transit City tower is 55 stories , that's pretty tall for Vaughan! No height is listed anywhere on line but my guess is around 530-590ft (161-180m).

Rumours over at UT have M+G possibly starting soon (current tenants being told to pack up).

Big Things Happening!

This'll be a big year for Toronto...long awaiting projects will really get pushed into construction (One Yonge, One Bloor West, Mirvish and Gehry)....and we'll have big projects continuing to begin construction as well (Pay Park Centre I, the Well Office Tower)

Also, per UT, a demolition request was filed for the sales centre at Concord's Cityplace, the Signature Towers are starting soon

(And, just incase anyone's interested to know, the rental project at 57 Spadina is going to start soon, per UT)

Also, M City is starting in Mississauga and Transit city in Vaughan... 4 more towers off the list soon.

Something's happening, not sure what exactly. I took these from my balcony this morning. Second picture looks like they're maybe putting up shoring against the existing building?
