I still love the overall look though - I like when something is built to look old

and the colour of that brick is gorgeous

Despite some of the minor things (the skinny dormers) this looks really good overall, especially in person.

More variations on this would be great in other parts of the central city, particularly for the building that directly fronts Barton.

Looks like occupancy has begun with a few units being rented out. These town homes are kind of a steal at that price, considering the upper units have the massive roof terrace.

It'll look nicer once the landscaping matures around it, bigger trees etc.

So true. When the trees grow and the lot is hidden more this will look pretty cool. Also I think they're still planning to build the commercial phase so the development isn't totally complete yet. Hopefully that turns out as nicely as the residential buildings have.
