Its gulf but this isnt true , just in parts of Saudi arabia and thats all !

Thanks for correcting me. I thought in some of the Emirates it was also obligated. I was wrong.

yeah gulf is big here ! sharjah is more strict but never anything as extreme as covering your hair with a scarf
