Wow they made short work of the old Greyhound building! Will this be moving straight to construction or will this sit as a vacant lot for a while?

I have to give Katz Group full credit for actually building what they are proposing not just pulling a Ghermizian on the downtown aka City Centre Mall... 2018/2019 is the timeframe for the Cineplex/Retail Podium and tower right?

Looks like they closed 103rd street and are tying into the hotel and Stantec parkade. That will become one massive parkade.
