The construction of the L12 extension has officially begun : four more km between Porte de la Chapelle and Mairie d'Aubervilier.
Phase 1 should be completed in 2012.

That's true.
Several new stations have been built that way.

Due at an assault of a conductor at Rueil-Malmaison, the traffic on the RER A is shut down.
Result the whole Parisian transportation network is disrupted.

And even worse due to a technical problem (suspicious smoke), traffic is stopped on the line 14.
So in the busiest section of Paris (Gare de Lyon - Chatelet) only 2 lines out 4 run. The overcrowded metro line 1 and RER D.

Morning rush hour.

The failures of M14 and RERA at the same time were a very bad coincidence.

MF2000
I happy, it was the first time that I see it running.

The LCD screen were to expensive so the RATP search a cheaper model of LCD screen

It was 11 am the off peak hours. Why this train was not empty.

I wanted to take a picture (with a cute asian girl inside ) and this guy moved.

Unfortunely I was not more successful for taking picture of the exterior.

Are they used only on the line 2 ?
I wish they had started their service on the line 6 instead. Both lines are very similar... and I use the latter much more.

I like the new Imagin R (Contactless card for 12 - 25 years old.) publicity.
It represent several Parisian youth.

See the 85th post.
I would not call the photo of the MF01 face a success.

OK.
I thought that the metro itself had had technical problems... but it was only the photographer.

The MF01 looks good !
A nice mix of modernity and tradition.
