This new terminal was suppose to open in Spring 2018. From the road anyway, it looked like nothing was happening there for about 6 months. It looked like an empty concrete shell. It looks like it is closed in now, and the first tenants are scheduled to move in, in May, and the new tower is estimated to be operational in October or November.
