MINNEAPOLIS | Hines Target Field Office proposal-20+floors

The renderings are conceptual, and the plan includes an eventual second phase with a hotel or residential use...which is why some of the renderings show 2 towers. This is located across from Target Field(Twins Staidium), and adjacent to the new "Interchange" multi modal transpotation center under construction where 3 LRT lines, The Northstar commuter line and bus service will meet. Good location. It would be built over an old sunken railroad right of way.

Hines Interests is marketing space for a glass-covered, 20-story office tower near Target Field in Minneapolis.

To promote the site, Houston-based Hines hired Pickard Chilton, a New Haven, Conn.-based architectural firm with experience and ties to the Minneapolis market....

Reminds me of "The Clarendon" in Boston, if it was clad in glass...
Nice building, but it looks like it could do with a better podium. It seems a little sterile.

Sounds like a good location, though.

I really love Minneapolis and St.Paul. I haven't been there in a long time and I wish I lived closer.

I like that building and its color. It is a simple design with a little added flare. Not the best looking but ok.

Things are really starting to pick up around Target field! Like to see this one at 30+ floors. Just glad something getting planned there.

Cool. Pickard Chilton does solid work. I love that this is built over the rail trench.
