Sigourney Weaver's apartment building was on Central Park West. I distinctly remember the marshmallow man walking by 2 Columbus Circle.

No answer to my request for a rending or thread on that building?

Its a model in the movie. But its almost exactly modeled on a building in the Upper West Side. I forget the name, but do a little research and you should be able to find it.

BTW, don't they call those multiple setback buildings "wedding cake" buildings? Weren't they the result of a NY zoning code that was eventually rewritten in the 50's?

HKskyline, LOVE those pics!! I especially like the one looking across the river, with that funky globe scupture in the foreground. I would love to cut'n'paste one of my skyscraper character drawings into that, it would make a wicked background.

I also love the picture of Empire State framed by that pretty piece of art feco ironwork. Very lovely.
